What would you like to do?
Design submissions are accepted during the first 14 days of each month. For example, during our January design contest, members can submit designs from January 1st through January 14th.
Members are allowed to submit three designs each month or each contest.
Members submitting a design must:
1. Adhere to our terms and conditions.
2. Confirm that they are the original author of the design.
3. Complete our online design submission form.
4. Designs must be of printer quality resolution.
Members voting on a design must:
Members can submit one vote per day during the monthly voting period.
Final results from voting each month will be made available to our members by the 5th day of the following month.
Members may begin placing orders on the 5th of the month following each monthly contest.
Terms and Conditions
Onus Gear reserves the right to override our member voting results if the winning design(s) fails to fulfill our design submission requirements.
Members who submit designs to Onus Gear give up the rights to these designs.
Members must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Members who submit designs to Onus Gear give up the right to any revenue associated with said design.
Members who submit designs to Onus Gear guarantee that they are the original author of the design.
Members who submit designs to Onus Gear agree to the following conditions if their design wins one of our monthly voting contests:
1. Their design will be one of two designs featured on our gear for the particular month in question.
2. Agree to receive 2 complimentary Onus bags featuring their winning design.
3. Agree to have their initials and home town printed on our gear, along with their winning design.
We reserve the right to disqualify any design if we determine that any votes associated with that design are deemed fraudulent.
OnusGear.com reserves the right to modify and/or amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice in its sole discretion.
